Emily ushers clients into a deep of understanding of nutrition, and the crucial role it plays at PHORM Fitness. As a Registered Dietitian with a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Wellness, Emily specializes in wellness and weight loss with her current clients. She has a passion for helping others understand the role nutrient-dense food plays in a persons’ health and wellness. Emily educates her clients about nutrition, and believes in a whole foods approach to eating.
She has given demonstrations and workshops around the Chicagoland, including grocery store tours, seminars and working with local gyms to help shed light on the fitness/nutrition relationship.
Emily coaches her clients to eat foods that fuel their bodies that will ultimately foster success. Meal plans that remove foods filled with harmful and unnecessary additives, and focus on a well-balanced nutrition mindset. Emily takes a holistic view on wellness, and believes you cannot achieve maximum wellness without addressing lifestyle factors, including stress and sleep.
Along with being the nutrition guidance during the RePhorm program, Emily is also available to work with those seeking individual nutritional coaching.
