RePhorm Program

Clients can expect to build healthy habits in both fitness and nutrition in the RePhorm Program. This two-month, kick-start program, is specifically designed to match your individual fitness style in the gym, while balancing your nutrition intake at home. A registered dietitian will work with participants to understand how nutrient-dense foods can play a critical role in fueling bodies for challenging, but rewarding workout led by a fitness coach.

Tailored to fit your individual goals, you will meet individually with your coach to develop a customized plan based on your fitness objectives.

Small Group Circuit Training

Designed to provide the benefits of a personal trainer while fitting into your budget, our classes (max 6) will allow your coach to ensure you receive your individual attention to your fitness levels and progress.
